Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ)

Acentra Health is contracted by the State of Maine to support the integration of the Ages and Stages Questionnaire (ASQ) within the PCPlus practice network. The ASQ tool is owned and operated by Brookes Publishing and is a validated screening tool designed to assess developmental progress in children from 1 month to 5.5 years of age. ASQ aligns with PCPlus covered services and expectations and serves as a valuable tool for early childhood developmental screening. In partnership with the Maine Help Me Grow initiative, Acentra Health is implementing the ASQ-3 and ASQ:SE-2 to assess key developmental areas.
