Effective today, July 1, 2026, Acentra Health updated the referral management process to assist in streamlining information. When you have staff who have capacity to serve a child from the statewide Section 65 Home and Community Treatment (HCT) or community based Section 28 waitlist, you must submit the Acentra Service Capacity Reporting Form.

Please ensure this is only completed when you have staff capacity to serve a member. Please also note you will be matched with the longest waiting child in the area identified.

As of July 1st, the previous intake email will no longer be active.
