Effective January 1, 2024, Acentra Health and the Office of MaineCare Services will

reinstate the original submission window for all requests in the Atrezzo portal.

Due to the end of the Public Health Emergency (PHE), the Atrezzo portal submission window will be updated to accept service requests for ten (10) calendar days before entry into service or a maximum backdate of five (5) calendar days after entry into service, consistent with the original requirements prior to the PHE.
